possibilities and limitations
Possible: The UV inks used have a color brilliance of at least 10 years indoors and at least 5 years outdoors. To ensure the longevity of the print, all surfaces should be free of dust and grease, as well as holes, cracks, protruding objects, and dents.
Limitation: The device can only compensate for surface unevenness up to 8 mm and guarantee a perfect result. Deeper unevenness or joints may appear unclean.
Possible: All types of surfaces can be printed in the following dimensions:
Height: up to approx. 4 m,
Width: unlimited
Restriction: The printer requires space to operate. These minimum clearances must be maintained:
Ceiling: approx. 170cm
Wall (print area) : approx. 100cm
Attention: Prints cannot be made borderless on walls, floors, and ceilings;
small distances must be maintained.
Due to the physical construction and printing technology, it is necessary
Non-printable margins to adjacent edges (corners, ceiling, floor) must be taken into account. The exact dimensions of these margins are:
Left: approx. 6 cm
Right: approx. 10 cm
Top/Bottom: Approx. 25 cm each
Possible: The printer runs on permanently installed rollers and prints automatically after manual adjustment.
Limitation: If the floor surface is uneven or bumpy, the printer is installed on a rail system. Even the slightest unevenness would affect the print.
Steep gradients or inclines should be avoided.
Possible: Almost any surface can be printed on – including wood, metal, glass, brick, tile, clinker, plaster, tiles, plastic, natural stone (e.g. granite, marble, slate), wallpaper (including woodchip wallpaper), mobile displays, billboards and signs.
Restriction: The surface to be printed must be vertical (at a 90° angle) to the printer and free of dust and grease.
