The customer ensures that all graphic and textual content provided by him for the execution of the order (in particular images, photos, graphics, logos, texts, trademarks and other copyrighted works) are free of third-party rights.

 

He assures that he is either the author of this content himself or that he has the necessary licenses and rights of use to use, edit and publish the content within the scope of the agreed order.

 

The customer is solely responsible for the legality and compliance with all legal regulations (e.g. copyright, trademark law, data protection law) in connection with the content he or she provides.

 

The customer hereby indemnifies us against any third-party claims arising from the use of the content provided by the customer. This includes, in particular, claims for violations of copyright, trademark, or personal rights.

 

This indemnification also applies to all costs incurred by us as a result of claims asserted by third parties, including necessary and reasonable costs for legal defense (e.g., court and attorney fees). The customer is obligated to promptly and comprehensively provide us with all information and documentation necessary to defend against such claims.

 

Should we incur damages as a result of the use of content provided by the customer, we reserve the right to assert claims for damages against the customer.
